Privacy Policy
Effective 1 September 2026
This site is run by one person. It collects the information needed to quote and build your website, and nothing else. There is no advertising network here, no tracking pixel, and nothing is sold or rented to anyone, ever.
Who is responsible
Lead Rescue LLC, a Colorado limited liability company trading as SecurePivot, is the controller of the information described here.
- 5902 E Conservation Dr, Frederick, CO 80504, United States

What is collected, and why
When you contact us or submit a project brief
The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name, current website, budget range and message. The longer project brief additionally asks about your industry, location, goals, what is not working, your customers, page count, features, content readiness, style preferences, competitors, timeline and how you found us.
All of it is used for one purpose: to audit your current site, write you a quote, and deliver the project if you go ahead. The lawful basis is performing a contract with you, or taking steps at your request before entering one.
When you pay
Card details never touch this site. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We receive confirmation of the amount, the plan you chose, and the email address you used — never your full card number.
When you use the chat assistant
Messages you type into the chat are sent to a language-model provider (Anthropic, falling back to Mistral) to generate a reply. Chat conversations are not stored on our servers or in our database. The providers process the message to produce a response under their own terms. Please do not put passwords, card numbers or anything confidential into the chat.
Draft answers saved in your own browser
The project brief saves your partial answers under the key sp_brief_v1 in your
browser's local storage, so you do not lose your place if the page reloads. This stays on your
device and is not readable by us until you press submit. It is cleared automatically once the
brief is sent, and you can clear it any time through your browser's site-data settings.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If measurement is added in future it will be a privacy-preserving, cookieless service, and this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. That is a normal function of hosting any website.
If we contacted you first
We sometimes email small businesses whose websites look outdated. In that case we collected a business contact address that was published on that business's own public website — we do not buy lists and we do not guess addresses. Alongside it we store the business name, its domain, and the measured technical findings from a public audit of its homepage.
The lawful basis is legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service. Every message includes a working one-click unsubscribe. Opt-outs are honoured permanently — see Opting out below.
Who it is shared with
Only the service providers needed to run the business. Each processes data on our instructions.
| Provider | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, and the queue that holds a submitted enquiry until it reaches us |
| Stripe | All card payments and payment records |
| Resend | Sending email — your acknowledgment, quotes and project correspondence |
| Anthropic / Mistral | Generating chat replies and drafting quote text |
| Slack | Internal notification that an enquiry arrived |
| Google Fonts | Serving the typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from Google, which discloses your IP address to Google |
| Cal.com | Only if you choose to book a call |
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim. It is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries and briefs — held in the delivery queue for up to 30 days, and kept in our records for as long as needed to quote, deliver and support the project, then for the period required for tax and accounting.
- Payment records — retained by Stripe and by us as long as tax law requires.
- Chat messages — not retained by us at all.
- Opt-out records — kept indefinitely on purpose. The only reliable way to guarantee we never contact you again is to remember that you asked us not to.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and it is handled by hand, normally the same day and always within 30 days. There is no charge and you will not be asked why.
If you received a cold email from us, the fastest route is the unsubscribe link in that message — it is one click, needs no reply from us, and is honoured permanently and automatically.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the UK/EU GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We apply the rights above to everyone regardless of location.
Concept pages for other businesses. We sometimes publish an unsolicited redesign of a
business's homepage at secure-pivot.com/preview/… to show what their site could look
like. These are built only from content already published on that business's own website, they
carry a visible banner stating they are unaffiliated and not endorsed, and they are excluded from
search engines. If one concerns your business and you want it gone, email us and it is removed
the same day — no explanation needed.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Access to enquiry records is limited to the owner. No system is perfectly secure, but the amount of personal information held here is deliberately small.
Children
This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top changes and the current version is always the one published here.
